The people in our supply chain, whether at our vendors or in our own Polyconcept business units, are the driving force behind the success of PF Concept. Getting better insight into our supply chain, going beyond the first vendor level, is essential for a sustainable future.
WHAT: Identifying and improving the environmental, social, ethical, and financial impact of our supply chain. HOW: Actively auditing our supply chain both with internal as well as 3rd party audits (BSCI/SMETA). Build corrective action plans for continuous improvement. 2025 GOAL: 100% traceable supply chains for all our factories and 20% main raw material vendors.
WHAT: Implementing policies and processes to safeguard human rights and labour conditions. HOW: Our Code of Conduct and our Code of Ethics are available on the Store. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward human rights violations, child or forced labour. 2025 GOAL: 100% traceable supply chains for all our factories and 20% main raw material vendors.
WHAT: We create the right conditions for employees to have a long, healthy, and happy career. HOW: Our facilities are audited by SMETA on a regular basis. We have HR policies and processes in place. Works councils are in place. 2025 GOAL: Be a preferred place to work.
