With these principles in mind, we designed our Kai products!

We can understand that for some reason, you don’t want to wear or use your Kai jacket and bag anymore. In that case you can return your product to us.

Return you package free of charge

We take full responsibility for ensuring Kai does not end up in landfill. After receiving the product, it will be professionally cleaned, repaired if needed, and rebranded for reuse.
