Our sales organisation

PF Concept's sales organisation is the backbone of our success. We base our customer relations on facts, high quality and top service. In addition to offering the widest range of products in the market and providing a best-in-class service package, we are above all a partner to our customers in their day-to-day work. Good cooperation depends on how connected customers feel to our sales organisation. The human touch is therefore of utmost importance in our sales organisation.

Customer service in every language

At PF Concept, we take away all of our customers' worries so that they can focus on what they do best: sales. And so we take care of order processing from start to finish and provide the distributor with effective offline and online tools.

We help them by phone, online via e-mail, chat and always in their own language. From Spanish and French to German and Italian, our multicultural office team serves every customer in Europe both locally and centrally from our headquarters.

Local account teams

Based in every country in Europe, our Account Managers ensure that PF Concept, in all its diversity, is always top-of-mind with the customer. Our ambitions, combined with the dynamic industry in which we operate, ensure continuous innovation within our product and service packages.

To get our story across, we support our account teams with the best technological and digital tools in our market. One of these is iVisit, our in-house developed and customised CRM system. This way, you as an Account Manager get the best out of your work and you as a customer are helped personally and effectively.

Online sales

At PF Concept, offline sales channels and a digital-first approach go hand in hand, and so the digital transition encompasses our sales organisation. We therefore live up to our name as European market leader online by investing like no other in the development of our store and digital sales tools.
